Importance of pretreatment
Pretreatment is an important treatment step (including acid pickling, chemical polishing and electrochemical polishing, electroplating, passivation, blackening, coloring, chemical treatment, etc.) During the forming process of stainless steel steel pipes, the surface may be stained with oil, burrs, rough surfaces and oxides. Therefore, before surface treatment, oil, burrs, uneven surfaces and oxides must be removed for subsequent treatment. Satisfactory results were obtained.
Pretreatment steps of stainless steel steel pipe
(1) Mechanical flatness of the surface: the roughness of the stainless steel surface is eliminated, and a certain surface finish is achieved through mechanical grinding and polishing.
(2) Degrease: degrease the surface.
(3) Pickling: remove the oxide on the surface.
(4) Weak corrosion: activate the surface to be treated, remove the passive film on the surface, and expose the metal crystal structure.
Surface pretreatment methods of stainless steel steel pipe
